The BK8.nexus footer identifies it as an authorised agent site, so visitors should understand that distinction.

Read the site's own disclosure
The current bk8.nexus footer says the website is operated by an authorised BK8 agent and is not the official BK8 operator website. That distinction matters. An agent or information site can link to products without being the entity that holds accounts, accepts bets or resolves disputes.
Trace the next step
Before registration or payment, follow a link only after checking the destination hostname and its own legal information. Determine which company operates the account, where its terms apply and which support channel handles withdrawals. Do not assume the agent site's general description is the final contract for another domain.
Use the site as a starting point
BK8.nexus publicly presents sports, live casino, slots and rewards information in multiple languages. Its navigation can help locate a topic, but any availability, license or payment detail should be confirmed with the actual service that would process the transaction.
Follow the chain of responsibility
Treat the agent page as step one and the account destination as step two. At step one, note who published the recommendation. At step two, identify the company accepting account details and money. If those are different, keep both names and the destination terms. This distinction makes it easier to know where a withdrawal dispute or privacy request belongs.
