A short explanation of independence, streaks and the common mistake of treating a random game as if it owes a result.
In a game designed so each paid play is independently determined, a previous win or loss does not create a requirement for the next spin to reverse the pattern. A run of blank results does not make a feature due, and a recent win does not mean another win is approaching.
People naturally notice clusters and near misses, especially when a display highlights them. A visual sequence is not evidence that the random mechanism has changed. Only the provider’s documented rules can establish whether a feature carries state across spins.
If the urge to recover a losing run is growing, stop and take a break. Do not extend a session because a result feels overdue. A responsible limit is more reliable than trying to infer a pattern from a small sample.
